**THE SNOOZIN’ NANCY** is 2600 square feet. Decorator comfort: Granite counters with slate floors, wood-burning fireplace + 2 gas fireplaces, one in the master suite. Master offers a Jacuzzi tub for two, steam shower, walk-in closet, pillow-top bed, private heated balcony, massage chairs. Cable and wireless throughout home. TV in every room. Four bedrooms (2 kings; 2 queens), long single, twin bunks for children + 3.5 bath. VIEWS. The deck off of the wet-bar saloon offers an Outdoor Hot Tub for 7, wet/dry Sauna for 5, and professional grade BBQ. We sleep tons of kids in their own room, The Snoozin’ Saloon, with TV, free 300-game video console, games and puzzles. THE KIDS WILL ENTERTAIN THEMSELVES!

We have beautiful mountains covered with the best snow on earth! Located in the heart of Historic Park City Old Town, we are walking distance to both Main Street (with 100's of shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, galleries, etc.) and Quittin' Time Ski Run. We're only two miles from Deer Valley and 4.5 miles from The Canyons.

We have an English Nanny/French Schooled chef next door available to our property. She comes highly recommended - was the nanny for the British Ambassador in Paris. The Snoozin' Saloon has a free 300-game video console, two TV's, lots of board games - you'll never see your kids as they'll be entertaining themselves in their own room. Every bedroom has a TV, there are 4 fireplaces, granite and slate throughout. The kitchens are well-equipped. We keep your free firewood stocked and the walks are shoveled after every snow. We ahve lots of extras - towel warmers, boot dryers. A very comfortable and nice home.
