This one of a kind residence provides panoramic views of both Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts. Originally constructed in England as a Circa in 1650, this unique home was designed and constructed as a work of art. The residence is a best in show winner both architecturally and overall. The location provides easy access to Historic Main Street, Deer Valley Resort, and Park City Mountain Resort which are all located within one short, scenic mile.

The great room is the heart of this home. Featuring a large double sided rock fireplace, huge L shaped leather sectional, entertainment center, a second entertainment with a fireplace, additional seating, pool table, office nook, patio and fire pit.

The gourmet kitchen features a copper topped food prep island, high-end appliances and plenty of work space to allow your chef or ours to create a fabulous home-cooked meal. Enjoy your meals and the incredible views from the breakfast nook, breakfast bar or formal dining room with seating for ten.
