The Deer Oaks Estate is minutes from The Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley.
This luxury retreat boasts three separate entertainment areas with a family room on the lower level, a living room and a pool/entertainment room. The home has a complete gourmet kitchen with granite counters, two dishwashers, professional gas cook top, oversize refrigerator and freezer, double oven, wine cooler, prep sink and many other features.
The living room is complemented by a stone fireplace, leather sofas, oriental rug, plasma television, home theater, stereo, CD/DVD player and game table.
The home seats up to twenty two for meals including: the dining room leather seating for up to ten, the breakfast table with seating for eight and the breakfast bar seats an additional four.
Entertain in the beamed pool table room complemented by an antique wood floor, plasma television, bar/card table and mountain views.
