Welcome to 733 WOODSIDE AVENUE “TOWN LIFT HOUSE”, a historic 1903 Victorian mansion affectionately called the “Town Lift House” because it is located steps to the Town Chair Lift, the Town Lift Plaza, and the Town Ski Bridge. The House is in the heart of Old Town. Walk to Old Town's Main Street, with it charming restaurants, ski shops, and galleries.

SKI MAGAZINE'S 'LODGING PICK OF PARK CITY': Ski Magazine singled out the House as one of only two homes as a 'Lodging Pick of Park City” for its amenities, charm, and unique location.

SLEEPS 23! 6 Bedrooms-- all with FIREPLACES and MARBLE BATHROOMS. 6 1/2 bathrooms.
Many of the bedrooms are suites: two of the bedrooms have full kitchenettes with granite countertops. 2 bathrooms have Jacuzzi bathtubs. 1 bathroom has a fireplace and a Jacuzzi tub. One master suite has a marble walk in steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. There is a Bunk Room that is excellent for kids and is equipped with a kitchenette with granite countertop, fireplace, bathroom, and Nintendo Wii system. All bedrooms have mounted flat screen TVS, DVD players, and Cable TV.

FREE DAILY MAID SERVICE PROVIDED AND 24 HR HOUSE MANAGER: cleaning of the house, making beds, fresh towels, and trash pickup. A House Manager is on duty 24 hrs to handle any problems or assist you with any special needs, and he can even arrange catering.

NEWLY REMODELED: The entire house has been remodeled with fireplaces in all bedrooms, marble bathrooms, new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen and kitchenettes. The House has a total of 7 fireplaces, 1 in the living room and 1 in each suite.(plus there is one in one of the bathrooms). There is a Media Room with projector, surround system and wet bar. All bedrooms have mounted flat screen TVS, DVD players, Cable TV. Radiant heat system in the house. FREE “WI–FI” (Wi-Fi range extends to porch and patio areas).

LARGE PATIO AND SPA: There is a large patio for entertaining, with 2 fire pits and a large Jacuzzi in a romantic covered, curtained gazebo that provides privacy and allows use even when snowing; and from the patio and jacuzzi you have breathtaking views to the mountains, the chair lift going along the side of the house, the Town Bridge, Main Street and ski slopes. There is an attached garage plus ample off street parking areas.

FREE TRANSPORTATION AND GREAT ACCESSIBILITY TO OLD TOWN, STORES, AND NEIGHBORING SKI RESORTS- NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT RENTING A CAR...or a 4 Wheel drive car...from the House you can walk to everything, or you can take one of the many Park City FREE buses and trolleys. The House is steps to the Town Lift and the bus stop for the FREE city buses and trolleys that will take you to the neighboring ski resorts, to grocery stores, and to shopping plazas.

ON THE GOLD COAST: The House is one of a select few true “SKI IN/SKI OUT” houses that are collectively referred to as the GOLD COAST because they are located right on the ski slope. The House is on its own cul-de-sac, so there are no houses in front of it to obstruct views; and no houses between it and the slopes, and ample parking. The House is steps to the Town Chair Lift, and Old Town’s Main Street. Just click on your skis at the kitchen door and ski down across the “Town Bridge” to the Town Lift, and ski right back to the House during or at the end of the day!

BEST LOCATION IN OLD TOWN – CLOSEST SKI IN/SKI OUT HOUSE TO THE TOWN LIFT...steps to the Town Chair Lift (or a short one minute ski to it). You are also steps away from the bus stop for free buses and trolleys which take you to the supermarket and shopping. You are also steps to Old Town's historic Main Street, with all its ski rentals, shops, galleries, restaurants, and entertainment. No need to rent a car!

TRUE SKI IN/SKI OUT HOUSE – The closest house to the Town Lift. Just click your skies at the kitchen door and glide down to the Town Lift; and at the end of the day (or when you want to take a break or just have lunch) ski back to your door, take off your skis on the porch, and jump in the Jacuzzi, relax and enjoy the great view!
