Close to everything, 1/2 mile to downtown and ski lift on the free shuttle from the end of your driveway. Access both Park City and Deer Valley lifts from this home.

This very special 2 bedroom/+ loft townhome boasts mountain views from every room. Very cozy, newly renovated with 2 fireplaces, fully equipped state of the art kitchen, jetted tub, private hot tub on the back deck with views, tv's with dvd's in every bedroom, flatscreen in livingroom, wireless high speed internet.

The townhome is managed by Blooming Property Management and provides light housekeeping daily and a towel change midweek with every rental.

This is a year round vacation home. Very special winter features include the ability to cross country sking directly from the back door of this unit onto a private 18 hole golf course. Special summer features include the guest member access to the Racquet Club, club pools, and club fitness center. Shuttle to the golf courses in Park City. Shuttle to dinner downtown on historic Main Street.

Skiing in Park City began with the first Scandinavian miners and the first ski lift in the area was installed in 1929. In 1963 President Kennedy signed an order to fund the construction of a gondola, chairlift and two tow-bars. Today Park City Mountain Resort has grown to cover 3,300 acres with 100 ski trails over seven peaks and eight bowl areas.

With 475 acres of snowmaking, terrain parks, 14 lifts, shops, restaurants, hotels, and world-class customer service, Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) has become one of the top ski areas in the country. They are the home of the U.S. Ski team and hosted the 2002 Olympic Giant Slalom and Half Pipe events to universal acclaim.
