This Beautiful Architectually Significant 1952 Case Study Mid Century Modern Home is located on the hillside in the Rosebowl area of Pasadena, California. The location is key. It is completely surrounded by nature and is unique in the privacy that it provides. This home has been modernize within the past couple of years. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 newly renovated bathrooms & newly renovated Modern kitchen w/ top of the line appliances.The main floor overlooks and surrounds the original pool. There is a cozy cabana off the poolside. There are 2 decks that are perched out over the canyon below. There is an original fireplace in the living room and floor to ceiling glass panel that make up half the room. Vienna wood floor and original Terrazzo Flooring throughout.This one must be viewed in person to recieve the full effect.

This home is nestled within a private canyon in the Rosebowl area of Pasadena, California. It is within walking distance to the Rosebowl for games,events and fleamarket(2nd sunday of the month. This house was a pleasure to stay in. Wide open spaces both inside and out gave the feeling of living in the clouds or amongst the treetops. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and when there was a minor glitch with the garbage disposal the problem was fixed immediately to effect without missing a beat. Close to downtown Pasadena, convenient location as a home base for any downtown activities.

This house was amazing. We stayed for 3 nights including New Years Eve and for the Rose Bowl and it was nothing short of what we expected. The pictures describe the house perfectly and the house was in a great location. Very peaceful and quiet. Sleeping under the stars was an enjoyable pleasure. Great amenities. I would recommend this house to any and everyone. Enjoy the tree house, the houses nickname.
