This Beautiful Architectually Significant 1952 Case Study Mid Century Modern Home is located on the hillside in the Rosebowl area of Pasadena, California. The location is key. It is completely surrounded by nature and is unique in the privacy that it provides. This home has been modernize within the past couple of years. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 newly renovated bathrooms & newly renovated Modern kitchen w/ top of the line appliances.The main floor overlooks and surrounds the original pool. There is a cozy cabana off the poolside. There are 2 decks that are perched out over the canyon below. There is an original fireplace in the living room and floor to ceiling glass panel that make up half the room.
