Remodeled with upscale finishes, the home features a home gym, gourmet kitchen, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, cable TV, Wii gaming system, wireless internet, access to Netflix instant watch and TROMM front-load laundry appliances.

Dogs are Welcome. Large backyard is fully fenced. Driveway parking. Freeway access is only two minutes away.

Sleeps up to 10 - 1 King bed, 2 Queen Beds, 1 Double futon bed (plush mattress), 2 twin window-seat beds, 1 inflatable full-height Queen or Twin mattress.

This home is non-smoking. This home does require a 3 night minimum stay.

We have a very pleasant and wonderful stay at your house. It is perfect. The house is so clean and the bathrooms and kitchens are outstanding. Our guests are so impressed with the house design, the beds, the linens, kitchens, bathrooms, patios, gardens, I mean everything! We are lucky to find and be able to rent your house. Our family had the BEST TIME EVER at your home. Our short visit was so much fun. Our only son graduated from CalArts College and our small family stayed at your lovely home and we all were able to relax and visit together for the weekend. Being in such a comfortable space made all the difference. James came by all the time to hang out with us and we just enjoyed each other and your home. We all had fun in your amazing kitchen trying to find things to cook with. What an amazing kitchen. Only a real home would have all of those supplies. We are proud to say that we figured out all of the electronics including the printer to print our boarding passes.

Everything was so fantastic with the house instructions, the patio, the gardens, the great beds and linens, an outstanding kitchen and an atmosphere of relaxed comfort. I am so lucky to have found you.
Our happy memories of this weekend will last forever.
