CONDO RATES:

Please book at least 2-4 weeks or months in advance and specify required dates and number of occupants.
BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY:
In order to confirm your stay, a security deposit of $200 plus 50 percent of total payments must be paid at the time of booking or in advance. This can be paid online via Paypal, Credit Cards, Bank Transfers or Western Union.
The security deposit and 50 percent advanced payment is not refundable in the event of your cancellation within 24hrs of the booking date.
The total cost of your stay must be received by us on or before the day of your arrival via Paypal.

This vacation property is located in a beautiful, very private, quiet and well-maintained resort-like complex, with everything you need just a few minutes away. It's less than 5 minutes walk to Ever Gotesco Mall and only about 10 minutes drive to the Ortigas Commercial Business District. It is very near Robinson's Galleria, SM Megamall, Shangri-la Plaza, The Podium, Greenhills Shopping Center, Eastwood city and Tiendesitas. It's only less than 45 minutes drive to the AIRPORT and less than 20minutes drive from Makati.
