Over 3,000 square feet of vacation fun. This lovely home has a wrap around deck with serene mountain views . Step into the sunny livingroom with a woodburning fireplace and beamed ceilings. The spacious dining area opens to a large kitchen with plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar. The master bedroom with full bath and another bedroom and full bath complete the entry level. Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms, one with two sets of bunkbeds, and another full bath. But wait, that's not all, this home has a game room to end all game rooms. There are three separate areas with everything from a pool table, to ping pong, arcade games, two TVs, a game table and plenty of comfy seating. Wow! There's so much to do in this house you just might not make it to the lake.
Standard conveniences:4 TVs (Dish Network) 4 VCRs, 3 DVD, central heat/air conditioning, washer/dryer, pots & pans, dishes & utensils, coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, charcoal bar-b-que, vacuum and cleaning supplies. PLEASE NO SMOKING.

Lake Nacimiento Information

Lake Nacimiento was formed by the damming of the Nacimiento River. When full it has 165 miles of shoreline and is 17.3 miles long. The shoreline of the lake is shown here at a maximum water level (800' above sea level). It is normally at its highest level in March and April. It remains close to this level through July, being drawn down gradually to an average elevation of 748' by November. It then fills again with the winter rains. A very dry year may alter this sequence.
The Narrows, over 6 miles long when the lake is full, is a popular Sunday afternoon area for those who enjoy the lake.
