Because this site for vacation rentals limits what we can put in the info....

PLEASE READ.. We have a main house. 5 bedrooms 3 baths.3k SQ FT.
$500.00 up to 10 persons. Additional persons can be accommodated in the main house at additional charge i.e. extra beds placed to share a room (4 to a rm) or in the family room or living room.
If you prefer more privacy and don't want to share rooms when your group is more than 10.. you can rent detached cabins.. which can bring your group to 12 in six private bedrooms.

You can also sleep 5 in the additional cabin

We can have you use additional cabins for an even larger group with even more room..about another 500 sq ft.. and dorm style sleeping for about another 12 to 15 depending on whether adults or kids and need to customize your group size and needs by phone.

Typically we charge per person per night..over the first 10 price, but it depends if it is weekend, weekday, high season, low season.. and rates are subject to change without notice and until confirmed by your reservation.

So please do call and let us know your details. We love to work with your large group needs. In the future we will be able to handle up to 40, with some tent camping allowed in the spring and summer. Could be as many as 10 persons.

In the winter.. we have a large dorm style for the excess which can be transformed to a second family room.. for movie/ games/ and mixing.. or a separate banquet dining area with banquet tables. The place is very flexible and multi use.

Most groups are 10 to 12.. and fit nicely in the main house.
But when we serve larger groups, it is very customized based on various services you may need, i.e. catering, cleaning for longer stays, concierge services as well as touring services. You can be ala carte or a package deal as well.

We would love to book groups, workshops and retreats 10 to 20 persons overnight.. or day use parties up to 50 persons.

But we also enjoy individuals, couples and groups of couples.

We love to see you have fun!

During low season, mid state fair, or some slow periods weekdays last minute, we will rent cabins to individuals providing you are a bit flexible and CALL ahead to confirm.

Rent one queen $75.00 weekdays or $90.00 weeknights

Kings and other variations available. Just Inquire.

Detached cabin sleeps up to 5 and call for very reasonable quote for weekday individuals for mid state fair vendors or others doing business shows.

A great place for my girlfriends to get together who were both from Northern California and Southern California. We did scrapbooking and wine tasting and got to catch up with each other. Greg and Soleil made sure we had everything we needed.

Our belated honeymoon was terrific. Spent 3 nights at Chandler Ranch and it couldn't have been nicer and more private in our deluxe room with hot tub, private balcony and outdoor dining.
Greg and Soleil made a wonderful barbecue dinner and we just felt very pampered but homey.

Our political science leadership group from UC Santa Barbara couldn't find a place to host our large group and our advisor told us about Chandler Ranch Estate. They worked with us to make sure our retreat was fun and memorable. Day trips to the beach and hot springs were the best.

My parents 50th wedding anniversary was perfect. Greg and Soleil helped to house various members of family coming from all over the country and simple catered meals were yummy and tailored to the various needs. My parents loved having our attention rather than us rushing around and trying to do everything. Every detail was thoughtful and they were available and close by when we needed them.
