IL PALAZZO is situated on the border of Tuscany and Umbria, near to the Lake Trasimeno, with its beaches, water sports and boat trips to its picturesque 3 islands. Although in Umbria, the house overlooks the hills of Tuscany. The two nearest towns are Lisciano Niccone (Umbria) 2Kms and Mercatale di Cortona (Tuscany) 3Kms.
Here the ERRIGHI family have restored a granary, a barn and a tobacco drying tower, last used in the sixties.
Three apartments with individual entrances have been carefully restored in the Tuscan/Umbrian style with terracotta floors, exposed beams, open fireplaces, central heat and an external stone staircase, typical of rural houses in Umbria and Tuscany.
