LA CASCINA DEGLI ALBERI is a stone country-house on a hill overlooking the green valley of Lisciano, just near The Tuscan border(1 km), 400mt above sea level.
Built about 1880, it has been beautifully restored with modern comforts.
It's inside a large property of 200 hectars, surrounded by a large grass lawn (1000mq). There's a barbecue and apanoramic swimming pool(10x6 mt).
The original structure has been divided into 4 apartements( 2-4-6/7 people) furnished in wooden "arte povera" style.There are 2 two-rooms apartements( about 50mq, for 2/4 people) and 2 with 3 rooms( about 65 mq for 4-6/7 people). All aprtements have a double bed sofa in the living room.
Each apartement has autonomous heating, independent entrance and is equipped with garden furniture.
LA CASCINA DEGLI ALBERI is the ideal place for a peaceful holiday; all the while, being centrally located, allows its guests to explore Umbria's and Tuscany's attractive art towns at leisure. The nearest towns are Cortona(16km)and Umbertide. It's within easy driving distance from Assisi, Sansepolcro, Orvieto, Perugia, Siena,Spoleto,Florence.Rome is only 2 hours driving.Lake Trasimeno is 11km away, it has several beaches and 2 islands.

Of great interest is Bettona( Perugino's paintings), Spoleto(the two-worlds jazz festival), Deruta, Gubbio,Orvieto(ceramics).
There's a tennis court at mt 800.It is possible to practice trekking on foot and mountain-bike.
A riding school is 8 km away.
Perugia Golf Club (18 holes) is 20 km.
In the surroundings there are many typical restaurants.
You ca find special olive oil and extraordinary red wime: Chianti wine and Sagrantino.
