Walking Distance to the Beach. Beach Gate on the back yard. Full Bathroom close to the Beach. Parking for up to 8 cars inside the property and 4 cars in front of the property. Family Room. 4 Bedrooms for a total of 3 king size, 3 full size & 1 Twin size beds (we have extra matress too). 3 of the Bedrooms have their own private bathroom. 2 of the Bedrooms have walking closet. Fully Furnished & linens. Slidding glass windows around the house to view the Caribbean Sea.

Peacefully & private place around the coast of the Caribbean Sea. 20 mins from the nearest shopping mall (west direction), 15 mins from "Potrero Don Mickey" where horses are rented for horseback ridding (to the west too), 10 mins from Maunabo Lighthouse(going east), 10 mins from Patillas rivers & lake and Guavate & Carite Rain Forest Park (going north), and 30 secs walking distance to the beach (going south). You will find Surfing areas within 5 minutes ride in east & west direction, as well as multiple local Sea Food Restaurants. You can snorkling in the beach that is in the back of the house.
