This RENOVATED 'Old Spanish Beach Front Home' is in the little town of Patillas PR on the south side. Wrap around porch for shade and cool breezes, this home offers, beautiful new leather furniture, cable and internet in living room & master bedroom, ceiling fans throughout and new central air conditioning. Has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. 2 bedrooms have queen beds 1 bedroom has bunkbeds and 1 bedroom with twins and futon. House is gated private estate. This house is one of a handful of rentals on the island that is truly right on the beach. There is a lush green grass back yard with Coconut Palms dotted throughout and another 10 steps away is the beautiful Caribbean beach. The water is warm, calm, and shallow for 75 yards out. Swing on one of the hammocks or set your beach chairs in the water & have a picnic on the grass under the palms. A dream vacation for all ages.

Home is located on the south side of Puerto Rico on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Very private gated estate, and yet minutes away from all the modern convinences and amenities you would need or want. From Theaters to the Mall and all the regular fast food places such as McDonalds, Burger King, etc. Eat at one of of the local food resturaunts to get the real taste of Puerto Rico or get american food as both are there for your choices.

Take a five minute walk along the beach from the back yard and you will find a great resturaunt and bar to the west at VilllasdeLinda. Or you have many other local choices for good food and dining in our little piece of paradise. There is great night life all over the island from dancing to casinos. During the day there is the El Yunke rain forest that is great for hiking and breathtaking views. Go on a full day adventure and exlpore the famous Camuy Caves or go deep sea fishing. These are just some suggestions for the many wondeful activities available on this gorgous green island.

• Deposits: $300.00 deposit to hold dates. Deposit is refundable for 14 days. Deposit will be returned with a favorable vacancy.
   
• Other Fees: $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. Full balance for rental is due 60 days prior to arrival date. If arrival date is less than 60 days from time of rental than full amount is due at time of rental. 3 night minimum weekend rentals. All holidays are at weekly minimum rental rates only.
