Description of the Pattaya vacation villa rental
This one year old European style detatched bungalow has a large open plan Lounge, dining area and pool table area with absolutely everything you need for entertainment and relaxation for your perfect holiday.
Just a 10 minute ride to the beach and the central nightlife by our private taxi service who will collect you within minutes.
Car rental is available locally but is NOT for the timid or recommended as the locals on motorbikes and in cars can make driving here a very dangerous experience. If you have an accident here the police will attend and you as a foreigner will almost certainly be at fault, not the Thai person! Any damage costs can add considerable expense to your holiday. Apart from that parking in Pattaya is extremely difficult as there are so many cars here, so finding a parking space is never easy and you usually end up walking a long way from the car to your destination anyway.
Many houses in Pattaya have their gardens and swimming pool in the front or side of the house. This bungalow has the pool in the rear of the property which gives you total privacy from people passing by.
Relax during the day around the pool and enjoy a sizzling BBQ. For your evening entertainment in your holiday home, enjoy the latest movies on the huge 50 inch TV. Or play pool on the full size pool Table (8 '6 x 4 '6 ) while listening to music CD 's, cassette tapes or the local radio station on the stereo.

Area Description
Houses around Pattaya and Jomtien.
Pattaya and Jomtien beach areas are made up of large hotels and condo buildings, so there are no houses there within walking distance to the beach. The only houses that are within about 50 minutes walking distance to the beach are in the south Jomtien area which is about 20 kilometres from Pattaya centre and nightlife. However the beach is the only attraction there as there are no bars or restaurants around this part of the beach.
Pattaya, Thailand's original tourist resort is a heady mix of naughty nightlife, great restaurants, sunny beaches, curious attractions, family-friendly leisure parks and good value shopping. Just 90 minutes from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, this lively town is a multi-cultural destination with everything for an exciting holiday.
Nightlife Is the main reason most come to Pattaya, and Thailand's naughtiest city offers an exciting selection from night clubs to fine dining, and of course the endless girlie bars.
Pattaya activities and sports include a variety of activities to suit all ages and preferences. Pattaya's sights may not be complete without a trip to Koh Larn. Only 40 minutes from Pattaya by boat, the island has beautiful white sand, and clear blue swimming water. A day trip here is a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the Pattaya town while still offering good facilities and activities. You can relax on the beach, or go swimming, snorkeling, water skiing, or even parasailing here. There are also several decent restaurants serving a variety of cuisine.
Pattaya climate. There are three distinct seasons in Pattaya. The cooler season from November to February, (but never cold) the hot season (April to May), and the rainy season (June to October)

A convenience store is just a few minutes walk from the Bungalow which stocks most of your day to day basic items including alcoholic beverages. An also just minute away, is as a small Thai food restaurant.
The bungalow is located in a new secure estate with CCTV and 24 hour security.
There is also a 20x10 meter communal pool set in its own gardens with toilet and shower facilities and a well equipped communal gymnasium, both, just a short walk away.
