Description of the Pawleys Island vacation condo rental
The condo unit is within walking distance of several of the outdoor pools and hot tubs. Renters will need a pool pass to access the pool areas. Pool passes are located in the condo unit. There are also tennis courts located on the plantation and Pawleys Island beach is just a short bike ride away.
Condo has two bedrooms and two full baths that easily accommodates a party of 6.
The unit offers all the amenities of home including a spacious living room with queen sleeper sofa, color TV, and DVD/VCR player. There is a screened in balcony porch that overlooks the 17th tee and 16th green of the beautiful True Blue golf course.
The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher and all your cooking necessities. The dining area is located just between the kitchen and living room. A washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area for your convenience.
The master bedroom includes a king size bed that can be broken down into two twin beds, color tv, DVD/VCR, large walk in closet, full bath and access to the screened balcony porch via a sliding glass door.
The second bedroom includes two twin beds, large closet, color TV, VCR and easy access to the second full bath.
There is NO need to bring sheets or bath towels as they are included in the rental package.

* Minutes from Pawleys Island Beach and just a 10 minute drive to Litchfield Beach and Brookgreen Gardens.
* Just 20 minutes away from Murrells Inlet with great dining and beautiful views of the Intercoastal Waterway.
* There are a dozen golf courses within a 15 minute drive to include True Blue, Caledonia, Pawleys Plantation, Heritage Golf Club, River Club, Tradition Club, Litchfield Country Club, Willbrook Plantation, Wachesaw Plantation, TPC and Indian Wells Golf Club.
* Only 25 minutes to South Myrtle Beach where there are numerous golf courses, shopping, dining, and area attractions.
* Only about 45 minutes away from North Beach the "Golf Capital of the World" with many shopping, entertainment and dining attractions to include Broadway at the Beach, the NASCAR Theme Park, Ripley's Aquarium, Planet Hollywood, Margaritaville, and Joe's Crab Shack.
* Take a short ride down 17th south to Charleston to see Fort Sumter or you can take a carriage ride through historic Rainbow row and top off the day with a romantic Charleston dinner cruise.

This condo has everything you need and a great view of the golf course. Close to golf, dining and beaches and the pools are really nice while you are at the condo. Would highly recommend a stay here. This is our second time.

This was our third year of enjoying this condo at True Blue! This unit has everything you will need: full kitchen including a dishwasher; washer/dryer; great screened porch; of course the two bedrooms and two baths. We consider this our "peace of heaven" in Pawleys Island!

Awesome Beach Getaway!

Loved our trip to Pawleys Island and our stay at #8J was just as anticipated--fantastic! We had everything we needed and our family of 5 was very comfortable and had a blast! The beaches were wonderful and not too crowded. We enjoyed great golf (highly recommend Litchfield Golf Course for twilight golf that begins at 2:30 and the kids played for free and had a great time! ) Very good restaurants nearby. Our only complaint was that we had to go home! We'll be back and would not think of staying anywhere else!

We had a wonderful time. The beach was close by and we had a great time just looking for shells. It was like having our own private beach; not crowded at all. This was vacation was just what we needed to relax and enjoy some family time.

Clean, Quiet

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long visit at Pawley's Island. True Blue Unit 8J was very clean and quiet plus it was well equipped with all the necessary ammenties. Unit 8j is conveniently located near Myrtle Beach, Historic Georgetown, Charleston and Hilton Head Island. The owners were very responsive to any questions that we had. We found a small Italian restaurant-Landolfis- just around the corner on RT 17 (across from the Food Lion) to be just wonderful. Try the wood fired pizzas and be sure to leave room for the deserts. We would recommend True Blue Unit 8J to anyone considering visiting the area.

Perfect Getaway!!

My family and I live in Raleigh/Lumberton, NC and was looking for a nice rental property close to both locations that we could all share for a month at the beach! This place was perfect...clean, close to everything, but far enough to get away from everything. Not to mention totally reasonable price ($900/month) considering hotels were charging $200/night! Very close to great eating (Murrel's Inlet) and shopping (Coastal Grande). The pools in the community were clean with a lot of security! This was a plus since they stayed open until 11 p.m. I would totally recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice getaway within budget! E.g. families, couples

Fantastic Getaway

We were looking for a last minute vacation and this condo at True Blue was perfect. The DeHavens made the last minute booking very easy and were very accommodating. The condo is in a very quiet location close to a few different pools on the property. True Blue is close to shopping and the beach and far enough away from the congestion of Myrtle Beach. The condo layout is very nice and open. We enjoyed eating in a number of times during the week. The wireless internet was great for checking the weather and websites of local establishments, also. Our family had a great time and have recommended the condo to many of our friends. Thanks, DeHavens, for a wonderful, memorable family vacation!

True Blue 42852 was as good as advertised. We were joined by friends from Cleveland OH, who had never been on the Carolina coast. We were looking for a quet weekend away from the hustle-bustle of MB in the summer. True Blue 42852 provided a quiet, well appointed condo on the 17th hole of one of my favorite MB courses. The pool and hot tub were within walking distance - not too far but not too close. We'll definitely come back!
