The patio home...distance to the beach...Pawley's Island...Privacy...shopping...distance to Myrtle Beach...food...COST!!! EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! Our highest recommendation for this patio home and owner! Pawley's Island is an absolute must see getaway...out of the mainstream of Myrtle Beach but close enough to do the "Myrtle Thing" if you feel the desire. Highly recommend "Hog Heaven" BBQ buffet...not much to look at but the food and service were exceptional! We were close enough to beautiful Pawley's Island Beach as well as the "tourist" attractions and shopping of Mrytle Beach. The home was lovely, comfortable, and a pleasure to stay there as a vacation destination. Local dining was also a plus. It was close enough to the beach without enduring all the sand. We enjoyed our stay!

this is a nice house, in a nice neighborhood. there is great beach access, and plenty of local attractions to enjoy. my family and i enjoyed our stay. only problem was that we never recieved our deposit after departure, as the contract stipulated. i emailed the owner several times to see if there was a problem, but got no response. anyway, overall this is a nice rental.

We absolutely loved staying at this residence, and have already referred friends and family to stay there! We had never visited South Carolina, but were enjoyed Pawley's Island and surrounding communities tremendously-more so than the Myrtle Beach area! It's the perfect house to stay at when you want a laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere! We would definitely stay here again!
