Description of the Payson vacation cabin rental
Located in the very quiet community of Beaver Valley approx. 15 minutes from the town of Payson. Our fully firnished (except an oven) 860 square foot cabin is located with-in walking distance from the Tonto National Forest and the East Verde River. The cabin has an open, fully furnished, kitchen/livingroom concept and 2 seperate bedrooms. The livingroom has a 36" TV with Direct TV service. There is a large floor to celing fireplace. You do get Cell reception but there is no Internet service. The cabin has a 3/4 wrap around deck with a large table and 6 chairs. There is an outside fire pit usable while fires are permitted. There is enough parking for 2 vehicles and total occupancy is strictly enforced. No extra OVER NIGHT surprise guests or visiting reletives. Any violation and you will be asked to leave with no refund.
1st bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd has 2 twin beds with a twin pull out sissor bed. The cabin sleeps 4 very comfortably. The interior is tung and grove wood, floor to celing and has carpet through out. The large fireplace is floor to celing. There is a washer and Dryer in the 2nd bedroom for your use.
Kitchen has full size regrigerator with Ice maker, full stove with 4 electric burners and oven, counter top microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker, cookware, Dishes and Glasses.
The cabin has a large 3/4 wrap around deck with table and 6 chairs. There is also a simple, built in charcol barbeque outside. A firepit outside can be used when fires are permitted by the ranger station.
The bathroom is a full bathroom with tub/shower/toilet and sink. It also has an electric wall heater.
Pets are welcome as long as they are well trained. There is an additional one time charge of $20 for your pet. Your pet must be leashed at all times when outside. You are solely held responsible for your pet and it's actions.

The surrounding area of Beaver Valley offers an endless number of treasures. The East Verde River is a short walking distance from the cabin. There are an abundance of activities available to you. Hike the Verde River, take nature hikes, bring your 4 wheeler (NO DIRT BIKES) and explore the never ending trails. (Make sure your 4 wheeler is licenced and has the necessary equipment to be legal on the roads)

My family vacationed here last weekend and it was not long enough!!! the cabin is very cozy and clean and had everything we could need. The area was beautiful and the E Verde river is about 1 block from the property and my childern had a fantastic time catching fish and hikeing. My husband and I spent most of our time out on the deck reading and relaxing. Next time we will bring our 4 wheeler to explore the area.
