House is located ten minutes from the elegant Inn at Spanish Bay. There are large living areas - a living room with a fireplace and a family room with a fireplace, a large kitchen and breakfast bar, a dining room, and three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. It is on one of the quietest streets in Del Monte Forest, carefully furnished and maintained. We entertain family and friends there. Stroll through the forest to listen to the bagpiper pipe down the sun at Spanish Bay over The Links. Or walk to convenient shopping. Immaculate condition, furnished with pride and kept impeccably. Large grounds and oversized two-car garage Patio is spacious and made for entertaining and the two fireplaces will warm you up even on cool summer nights. A hobby level kitchen has most of what you may need to prepare haute cuisine! Owner nearby and we try to be helpful. More golf than you can imagine, tennis, too and it is surrounded by hiking or equestrian trails. Pebble Beach lies withing the Del Monte Forest area of the Monterey Peninsula. It is a private area with a large security force and practically no crime. There are plenty of beaches and forest trails to explore. You can walk through the forest to a pleasant commercial center with a supermarket and a charming local coffee shop. The yard is flat, but the area is generally hilly. It is quite cool in summer and very mild in winter.
