Less than 35 minutes from Whistler Village & Meager Creek Hot springs, and surrounded by gorgeous rural Pemberton Valley scenery, Copperdome Lodge & Cottage in Pemberton, B.C. is a wonderful get-a-way location for your school or outdoors school.

With the atmosphere of a large home, Copperdome can accomodate 1) small groups to 2)groups of up to 50 people. It has:
* 15 guestrooms within the main lodge
* Two, 2 bedroom duplex cottage suites [brand new]
* Commercial kitchen, dining room
* Two lounges with wood burning stove, games room
* Library, multimedia room.
* back porch with valley views and snow-capped mountains
* bonfire area

Enjoy a multitude of local outdoor activities from the lodge, exclusively yours. All kitchens are fully outfitted and modern, and the 'Historic Schoolhouse' is an ideal venue for meetings, rehearsals, fun activities, entertainment, or just watching movies. Area Description

Rural green valley landscapes ringed by snow-capped mountains and acres of lush farmland are just some of the vistas you can see right from your doorstep. The Lillooet River flows across the road from the lodge & you may see eagles soaring high overhead. These and many more lovely scenes are abundant at Copperdome.

For school groups looking to incorporate the outdoors into their programming, we are minutes from some of the best hiking destinations in British Columbia, Big Sky Golf Course, lakes for swimming and fly-fishing, cross country skiing and the world renown Whistler Mountain Ski Resort. Other local activities include: horseback riding, rafting, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, paragliding, swimming, canoeing, & kayaking - some of these, right at our doorstep.

For school groups bringing young children, North Arm Organic Farm & Bakery is one of many attractions. It offers a great array of activities for the whole family to enjoy including child-sized straw or hay bale maze, tractor-pulled hay rides, wagon rides, pre-picked organic fruits and vegetables, U-pick flowers, gift shop, snack and refreshment, picnic area, farm animals, etc.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Personal Check
Required Stay: Two night minimum
Lodging Tax: 5% GST & 8% HST [Hotel Tax]
Deposits: * We require a deposit of 30% of the booking amount to confirm booking. * Full payment required no less than 30 days prior to reservation commencement date. Cancellation Policy: * Full refund of depoist if booking cancelled more than 60 days prior to commencement date of reservation. * No refund of deposit if booking cancelled less than 60 days prior to commencement date of reservation. * No refund of any amount paid within 30 days prior to arrival unless the space is resold.
Other Fees: Copperdome Lodge & Cottage offers a variety of accommodation for couples through to groups of up to 50 people. As such, our rental rates vary by 1) number of people; 2) high season and shoulder season; 3) length of stay; 4) catering/hosting needs. Planning corporate retreats can be stressful, especially if you have never visited the site before; Copperdome Lodge was a sigh of relief and simply perfect. Great facilities, meeting and dining rooms, and best of all the large games rooms created the perfect environment for our team building activities. Lastly and most important was Chef Judy, who really spoiled us – she is probably one of the best chefs we have ever had the pleasure in meeting.

We have stayed at the lodge in both the summer and wintertime and enjoyed the tranquility and beautiful views of the Pemberton Valley. It is a great place to get away, unwind and just be. We had our corporate retreat this year at Copperdome Lodge and I can't recommend it more highly. The right combination of public, private and study space meant that our group had tons of room to hang out together and get things done. The facility is well-equipped and comfortable, and set in a very beautiful area of B.C. I liked how they were there for everything we needed but left us alone to enjoy our experience. The fire pit was also a pretty big hit! We'd definitely like to do it again next year.

The lodge was recently used for a First Nations Writer's Retreat and the lodge was an excellent venue for this event.
