Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa
Check In: 5 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: 3 nights
Lodging Tax: 11.5%
Deposits: Deposit due at reservation - 50% You must be 25 years or older to make reservations. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to reserve and occupy a residence. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. 5 p.m. check-in is garanteed but earlier check-in is possible. Check-out is prior to 11:00 a.m. Motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted within the resort.
Other Fees: One time charge for the Resort Fee,the Limited Damage Waiver and cleanning fee - $193.50 All reservations require a 14 day cancellation notice prior to arrival for daily or weekly stays. Reservations for holidays between Memorial Day through Labor Day require a 30 days and for monthly stays 90 days to receive advance deposit refund, less a $50.00 processing fee.

A slice of paradise!, March 15, 2009

I say slice,because you find yourself between two gorgeous bodies of water. This condo on the 16th floor is exceptional. You won't be able to stay off the balcony! When you get tired of looking at the Pensacola Bay,you can turn your head to look at the Gulf. The rooms are decorated exactly right for a beach condo,with a very practical bamboo rug in the common area. The master bedroom is luxurious and spacious. I felt like a queen! It has a spa tub, in it's own huge bathroom. There is another,smaller bedroom,also with it's own full size bath. The sitting area has a sofa that pulls out into a bed,for kids,or a third couple. There is a third bathroom available for them,next to the kitchen,which is full-sized,and well furnished with utensils and appliances,including a dishwasher. There is a huge gas grill on the balcony. The Portofino property is just great. So many beautiful pools (indoors, outdoors, heated and jacuzzis)! There is an impressive spa,tennis courts, private beach. Etc! Go!

This unit was beautifully decorated-extremely comfortable, clean, perfect gulf front view. Close to spas,pools,restuarant, short walk to beach. I loved this place so much and will for sure back! Portofino itself was very conducive to outside activity. Excellent place!!!
