Description of the Pensacola Beach vacation condo rental

Baywatch Condominiums is an 87-unit, family-oriented condominium located on beautiful Santa Rosa Island (Pensacola Beach) between the Gulf of Mexico on the south and Santa Rosa Sound on the north. Residents and guests enjoy a beautiful new lighted pier, a lagoon covered with a new boardwalk, and a new pool.
The condo is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths on the 2nd level. The condo interior is all new, featuring granite countertops, lcd tv-dvd. The master bedroom overlooks the lagoon and the sound. This bedroom features a new pillow top queen bed with down bedding. The master bath has a large walk in marble shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins that overlook the Gulf of Mexico with its own bathroom. The balcony overlooks the sound, with a beautiful view of sailboats sailing by, children at play on the private beach and fishermen fishing off of the pier.

A few miles to the east and west are major sections of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Ft. Pickens is at the west end of the island.
Peg Leg Pete's restaurant is within walking distance. Many other restaurants are less than a mile away.
A free shuttle runs from a bus stop in front of the condo to the Boardwalk during the summer season. A walking/bike path is in front of the condo and runs from the west end to the east end of the island.
The beaches are beautiful white sand and accessible by walking across the street or other public access areas.
Our own private beach and pier is steps from our condo.
