This condo was a great value and has an excellent location. The area is safe and family oriented. The olympic size pool was amazing! We could also walk to the Gulf by crossing the street. The owner was timely, considerate and wonderful to work with!

Perfect location! Quiet, less than 1 block from Peg Leg Petes which is an AWESOME seafood/live entertainment restaurant. Right accross the street from the beach and pool was very clean and refreshing! Condo had everything we needed right down to coffee!! Beds slept WONDERFUL! Dave was easy to work with and we will be back again! Thank you again Dave!

Management staff was super friendly and most helpful when we had a question. Easy access to the beach and the 2 pools were the highlight of our vacation. Relatively quiet and relaxing area without all of the hubbub of other more comercialized beach areas. We will return and that's for sure!

The location of this condo is wonderful. You are steps to the sound side waterway and the gulf. The sunsets are amazing! Very clean place and huge pool. The ower is a wonderful person to work with. I will definately stay here again!

The condo was so much more than I expected. It was more spacious than it looked in the pictures. There is a flat screen TV and a DVD player in the living room. The pool was incredible. Also, it is only a short walk from a Circle K and Peg Leg Petes, which has a playgroung for kids while you eat. Plus, it was nice and quiet. The perfect getaway. My family and I will stay there again in the future. Thank you Dave!!
