Baywatch sits on the North side of Santa Rosa Island with a view the Gulf of Mexico on the front balcony and the Pensccola Sound from your rear balcony. Short walk to the popular restaurant "Peg Leg Petes" known for great seafood and yummy oysters
Fully furnished & newly remodeled, Everything provided except your toothbrush!
Baywatch has its own lighted private pier for you to fish or view the beautiful sunsets. Come swim in our pool just footsteps from the condo and enjoy our private beach area. You may bring your boat or jet ski and drop anchor!

Area Information

Pensacola Beach has clean, pure white sandy beaches. It is truly a family destination. Peg Leg Pete's,a popular seafood restaurant is just a short walk away and if you like you can ride the free beach trolley to the Boardwalk for nightlife, mini-golf, sailboat rides, parasailing, deep sea fishing and much more.
Come visit and you'll make this your yearly destination.
We are also close to downtown Pensacola and many cultural events.

Wonderful Stay

September 9, 2012

My family loved the condo and the hospitality could not have been better. Barbara was excellent making sure we felt safe during the anticipated hurricane Issac. Luckily the storm moved west and we're able to stay on the island. The condo was very accommodating for the four of us. It has all the ammentities that a family would need to enjoy a week away from home. We hope the unit will be available next year for our return trip to Pensacola. Many thanks to the owner Barbara. The condo was very clean and efficent and a most enjoyable stay.Boating ,fishing and the beach create the ultimate location on Pensacola Beach with Restaurants and shopping close by. Our stay at Bay Watch was very relaxing and enjoyable. The condo was well equipped and clean which is a big plus for me. An elevator would have been great but instead we had plenty of exercise. I will stay at Bay Watch again.
