Description of the Pensacola Beach vacation home rental

Welcome to Linda's Retreat! We are located in a private community with pool, pier, spectacular unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico and only partial obstruction of Santa Rosa Sound (the bay). This comfortable and relaxing family beach house has a spacious living room with adjoining 1/2 bath, dinning room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, (2) bedrooms with (2) guest bathrooms and a master suite with a jacuzzi bath tub. So, come relax and play. You'll be glad you did!

Check-In: Saturday to Saturday. Check-In time is 3:00 PM. Check-Out time is 10:00 AM, that we may prepare for our next arrivals. No refund will be given for late arrivals or early departures. Please, NO SMOKING AND NO PETS!!!! Your security deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged additional for rug cleaning/ flea spray treatment; if any evidence of pet(s) is/are established.
Occupancy:
The total number of persons allowed in the home at anytime is restricted to the number mutually agreed upon and stated on the rental contract. Your security deposit will be forfeited, if this number is exceeded.
Deposits:
A security deposit of $500 will be required at the time the reservation is made. This can be paid by cash, traveler's check, bank money order,cashier's check,American Express,Visa,Discover, or Mastercard. A 3% processing fee will be charged when paying by credit card.This payment will be refunded within 10 days of departure, providing there is no damage or theft to the unit and all policies, and conditions are followed. If repairs to the unit are required as a result of damage from your stay, the owner reserves the right to apply the deposit to offset the expense of the repairs.

Rental Payment:
Rental Payment balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by cash, traveler's check, bank money order or cashier's check.

Refunds:
If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. If you call to cancel your reservations with less than 30 days prior to your arrival, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. However, if we cannot, your deposit will be forfeited.

Severe Weather:
In case of hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions, mandatory evacuation may be requiered by Island Emergency Managment.Accommodation refund will be prorated from the date that Emergency Management requires you to evacuate from the island.

We enjoyed this beach house tremendously. It is very well furnished, the beds were comfortable, very spacious rooms, excellent view of the bay and the ocean. It has everything you need!
