1928 Tudor in East Hill -15 Mins to Beach

Make yourself at home in this charming, updated 1928 brick Tudor home. It is a spacious 1750 sq ft home which has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. As an extra service, our guests will be provided a 'Welcome Breakfast Fixin's' supply of breakfast staples in the refrigerator and pantry so they can prepare breakfast their first morning without having to run out to a restaurant or go to a grocery store right away. Fixin's include: a gallon of milk, pound of bacon, dozen eggs, biscuits, margarine, waffle mix, juice, K Cup Coffee. We also have a Belgium waffle maker.

The home is perfectly situated for EZ access to all areas. Only 15 minutes to Pensacola's Casino Beach, the main beach and pier which is under the 'Beach Ball' water tower. Ten minutes to historic downtown Pensacola and the new Meritime Park and Blue Wahoos Stadium. Just 20 minutes to the front gate of the Naval Air Station. Shopping at the Cordova Mall is only about 15 minutes away.

The 1928 style Tudor in the quiet, historic, East Hill neighborhood has a charming ambiance with hardwood floors, tile in kitchen and 3rd bedroom, 9 foot ceilings, graceful archways, arched niches, French doors and a gas fireplace in the living room. It is actually a " house of seven gables" with a large front porch plus a side covered patio. If you listen carefully, you may hear the distant whistle of the train that goes through town a few times a day.

The kitchen was completely remodeled and is fully equipped with side by side refrigerator, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, walk-in pantry and has a full size washer/dryer in utility area.

The master bedroom has large adjoining bath and boasts cherry cabinets, marble counter top and luxurious oversized whirlpool tub. The home sleeps up to 8 plus an infant or toddler in the crib. Master bedroom has a king size bed and 32 inch HD TV with Direct TV service. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and older 27 inch TV with Direct TV service. Third bedroom has a queen size bed and a 22 inch HDTV/DVD combo for movies or games. It is not connected to Direct TV. There is also a daybed with trundle in the third bedroom that will sleep two more for a maximum of eight people. Plus a crib can be provided if you request. There is no extra charge if you have one infant or toddler and the maximum number can be nine people, in that case.

We know you are not here just to watch TV but the living room also has a 42 inch HDTV with Direct TV service. That's four TV's throughout the home and wireless internet service is provided. The Direct TV service includes various movie channels and the NFL package. I am told that if you have Direct TV you can bring your box and see your games, etc while you are here.

Outdoors there are many flowering trees and bushes, even a vegetable garden and a little pond with a fountain. The covered patio on the side of the home has a view of the park across the street, a pub height table and 4 chairs as well as a lounger and chair with foot stool. There is even a real bamboo Tiki bar and Tiki lanterns to add to the atmosphere. A charcoal BBQ grill is available. And if you wish, we can set up an adorable kiddie pool with a filter and pump that is 6 ft diameter and the water is 33 inches deep.

There is off street parking for up to three cars available and ample on street parking. If needed, we can arrange to have a boat or possible even an RV park on the large driveway.
