The decor makes one feel they have just stepped into the newest Hemingway hideaway to relax and regain the peace lost in our daily lives. The furniture invites you to sink in and put your feet up.
The waterfront unit is directly on Little Sabine Bay and within steps to anundeveloped sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit includes and oversized great room with a twenty foot wall of glass overlooking Little Sabine Bay. The kitchen has another sitting area, granite counter tops, stainless appliance and custom cabinets. The first floor sunroom has another twenty foot wall of glass with unobstructed views of the water and opens directly on the Bay. This is a safe place for everyone to swim and build sandcastles. This open area has a grill and wroght iron talbe and chairs for dinnig and a dock for the boat.

Santa Rosa Island is a narrow strip of land which separates the Gulf of Mexico from Sabine Bay. So if it is water you are hungering for, this is the place. You cannot pick a better spot on the beach. No elevators with sand toys coolers to frustrate the situatiion you are right at the waters edge.
The trolley line runs right outside your door to take you and your family to restaurants, activities and entertainment.The Navy's Blus Angels fly right over head during show time. The jogging/bike path is right infront of the unit. This is a vacation home you will not forget and will want to return to year after year.

Pensacola Beach is a family enviorment with prices that are affordable and make this time away available for all. the GulfAriam is in Ft Walton. Many outlet malls are nearby and the best seafood you have ever eaten. Shrimp purchased at Joe Pattis is abundant and can be prepared at home for an affordable price.
