I couldn't be happier with my stay at white sands #15. It is the absolute perfect beach getaway. You are right on the gulf so you don't the hassle of having to pack up everything and drive to the beach or wall across the street, the beach is literally in you back yard. Also the condo is perfect for a family because there is plenty of space for everyone. I would definitely go back!

This townhome had everything...location, location, location! Pictures don't even tell the whole story. I WILL be back very soon! :)

I would have to start by saying it was a great location for the price. The only down fall when we arrived is there where several appliances that weren't properly working and several things throughout the house that was tore up. We notified the house keepers right away to voice our concerns with the issue. They talked to Sasha and they assure us everything was fine. Our family actually fixed several things that was broken while we were there. Such as a broke kitchen chair, the laundry door, wiped several crayons marks off the wall, and fixed the oven due to the fact the face was completely off of it. For the most part the house was in good condition accept for those minor issues. It wasn't as close to the beach as we hope. Our family was under the impression that it was a short walk down the road. When in fact it wasn't. It was close to 2-3 miles. When you have several items needing to carry not you dony want weigh down yourself to walking and tiring yourself down. Santa rosa is a beautiful town. Unfortunately, we only played on the beach 1 day due to the heavy rain. Will I return to Santa rosa.? Absolutely, but not to the rental house we stayed at. I would of hope that Sasha would of been more helpful when we voiced our concerned about the issues with the house. But over looked it. I hope the next folks who stay in this home will have better luck than me and my family.

If I say all the good things about this property I think are awesome, it will increase demand and raise the price. The only way this property does not work for you is if you must have a pool for young kids, otherwise, one of the best places on Pensacola Beach. 30 year visitor to Pensacola/Navarre Beaches.

Great basement with ping pong & fuzzball! Short walk from the beach, right across the street. AWESOME wrap around deck/porch!

I stayed at White Sands while working on a beach wedding. It was perfect for my needs. The elevator made my job easier, and made it easier for my Mother to join me on the trip. Because I tend to be a little snobbish about beach rentals, I won't rent a condo or a hotel room. One of my favorite things about the beach is to walk out the door, down the steps, and onto the sand. After the wedding work was done, the sand and ocean were glorious! The house is beautiful. I tried to rent it again this fall but it was already booked. I will try again in the spring. The owner is a sweetheart, too.

White Sands #15 is a beautiful townhome. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedding is wonderful. The unit is very clean and very well maintained. We would highly recommend it.

I was told that the units I wanted was not available. I tried several dates, but to no avail. The lady kept emailing me back that the dates I had listed were not available. But, when I asked for available dates, I got no response. So my Son and I decided not to come. I took him to Houston, Texas to Water World and 6 Flags.

We were wowed when we first walked in and stayed that way the whole week. The view was great. The Townhome was great. We had all ages there from 2 years to 60, everyone enjoyed the accommodations and the beach. We were there for a family reunion vacation and a Wedding which took place on the beach at 7 am. There were about 60 family members spread around in other Whitesand Townhomes and a good time was had by all.

We stayed here for a week in April, 2011. The accomodations were excellent! Exactly as you see on the website. The elveator was extremely helpful as our Mother did not have to use the stairs. We also found it helpful in taking groceries, luggage, baby furniture up to the main floor. The entire condo was well equiped from extra pillows, plenty of dishes, pans, , beach towels, wine glasses, etc. Each deck had chairs and side table(s) and the main deck also had a picnic table with umbrella. The view of the gulf was breathtaking and the weather was perfect - 75-82 during the day and 6o's at night. Within walking distance of Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and Peg Leg Petes-great Grouper. Both of them get 5 stars from us also. The only suggestion we would make is to upgrade the tv's. None of the remotes worked and a couple of them had very small screens. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. We hope to be back next year!

Excellent and well-maintained property! Was a little disappointed with the fee, though. Website advertised $1500 per week and $250 per day. We stayed 8 days, and I expected $1750, but the agent insisted on $2000. Felt like we were charged $500 for the extra day.

This condo was really nice, we came down with two other couples and saw the Angels fly. The beach has changed since last year, Oil spill, I guess! But our overall experience was excellent. Loved the condo, just need some newer t.v's.

This place was great! We went to Pensacola for my bachelorette party, and wanted to stay somewhere on the beach. We checked out hotels, but we actually saved money renting this place for the weekend. It was very comfortable, and we had plenty of room. The view was amazing, and every room has a balcony. Now I know when you look online, you are not sure what you are going to get, but this place looks just like the pictures. It is minutes away from everything. Everyone that came for the weekend couldn't get over how nice it was! We are definitely planning on staying again next year. The only problem we had was at night the front of the townhouses aren't lit up very well and the sign to the entrance isn't very big, so it is easy to pass up!

7 members of my family have met and stayed at this lovely condo for 2 years in a row now - and have already booked another week for next year! You are want for nothing in this immaculate unit: plenty of space for all, well appointed kitchen, easy access for those who need it, stunning views, and of course the best part is that you are ON the beach!
