Description of the Pensacola Beach vacation townhouse rental

This waterfront townhouse is on Little Sabine Bay and is steps away from sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Totally renovated unit has three floors. The first floor has a large screen porch, storage and parking. The second floor has an oversized great room with a wall of windows over looking the bay, a half bath, dining and kitchen, and an extra sitting area/den. Spacious master plus. Two more bedrooms, two full bathrooms and laundry are on the third floor. There are stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, two flat screen tvs and DVD players, another tv with a VHS player, and an xbox with games.
Be revived by the serenity of the bay. The calm waters are ideal for swimming, rafting, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, or fishing off the dock.

Area Information

You are walking distance to restaurants, the pier and the boardwalk or you can ride the free trolley to get around the beach during the summer months. There are many restaurants, bars, shops, putt putt, go carts, parasailing, deep sea fishing excursions, bike, boat, jet ski, paddle board rentals and live entertainment at the beach.

We stayed a month at this property-and fell in love. I was worried that it would be loud, ie traffic, etc-but it wasn't-lovely view of the bay and the beaches are so close-we had a sunrise/sunset walk every day. The master bedroom is spacious and we loved the beautiful kitchen open to the living/dining areas with VIEWS! Thank you for a vacation of a lifetime!

Perfect Location! Best of both worlds. The beautiful gulf outside your front door and the peaceful, no wake zone waters of Sabine Bay out your back door. Get healthy, ditch the car....easy walking/biking distance to some of the best beach hang outs! Very Spacious Accomodations! Very Clean! Well stocked!
