Description of the Pensacola vacation home rental

Four-thousand-five-hudred (4500) Square Foot house with large decks on Bayou with direct access to Escambia Bay, View of Bay and beautiful sunsets.

Sleeps 10-20. Dock behind house with direct access to Escambia bay.

Many secluded sandy bayfront beaches can be accessed by Canoe or boat directly from the dock. Community Boat Launch.

The Moors (Home of the Emerald Coast Classic Golf Tournament), and Tiger Point Golf courses are 10, and 15 minutes away.

The house has two large complete living areas, upstairs and downstairs, that can be used separately or in combination.

Beaching, shelling, Snorkeling, Diving, Boating, Water-Skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, river rafting, Jet Skiing, Hiking, Biking, Golf, Fishing, Wildlife viewing, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, and Sightseeing are a short walk or drive.

We were shooting a film in Pensacola and needed a place to house our crew. This place was great. Very spacious, very easy to access (though a little far from Greater Pensacola), great kitchens, comfortable beds, sofas, futons, etc. The shower and water pressure went a little wonky one night, but everything worked fine after that. Beautiful porch. A great place to stay for large groups.
