Description of the Penticton vacation home rental
Our newly 2005 built home has 5 bedrooms, 1 den, and 4 bathrooms. Our home is a family home located on a quiet residential street in beautiful Penticton, British Columbia. Our home can sleep 12 adults comfortably, but there is always room for more. Sit back and relax with a good book on one of our three decks/patios. Enjoy that late night relaxation with our 7 person hot tub and stereo system. Or just take in the cool breeze of our air conditioned home while watching an afternoon movie.

Main bedroom - including a King size bed and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom includes a soaker tub and glass shower. Complete open kitchen with all the bells and whistles. Washer, Dryer, Plasma TV's, DVD players, and stereo system.

Wineries are only a 15 minute drive along the scenic Naramata road which winds through beautiful orchards with Okanagan Lake by your side. Sun seekers can enjoy miles of warm, sandy beaches while water sport enthusiasts will find their every need catered to. Come and enjoy many of the local golf courses. I will personally let you know the gems of the valley.

Penticton, British Columbia, Canada is an Okanagan Valley haven of beaches for the young and old. A beach community nestled in between two large pristine lakes. Penticton, BC is home toplayful sandy beaches, surrounded by rolling desert-like mountains and rows of grape vines. Penti'kten means" a place to stay forever". An easy feat when the community of Penticton falls on the north sandy shores of Skaha Lake and the south sandy shores of the larger Okanagan Lake. The Penticton area also includes the growing quaint wine communities of Kaleden, Naramata and Okanagan Falls.

Not only does Penticton have some of the finest stretches of fresh water sandy beaches in BC, there is also a vast assortment of outdoor adventures to get the blood pumping like mountain biking the Kettle Valley (KVR) Trail, road cycling tours, hiking and walking the various trail systems in Okanagan Mountain Park, house boating, floating the channel, golfing the various championship courses, rock climbing Skaha Bluffs or any of the other many outdoor adrenaline-rush water sports. Penticton winter brings snowmobiling, alpine skiing (APEX), snow boarding, and cross country skiing with many summer activities offered year round.

Even within the Okanagan there are differences in the climate. The overall quality of life in Penticton is enhanced by the attractive climate in all of Canada, with low levels of precipitation, high average temperatures, comfortable humidity levels, short winters and early spring seasons.

Deposits: A deposit of $150 is due within 7 days of booking a property. Once the initital deposit has been received a rental package will be mailed to you. This deposit holds your booking until your arrive. The remaining balance of the rental fee and damage deposit ($750) is due 90 days prior to your arrival date. Hot tub maintenance and cleaning fee will be added to your total rental rate at time of booking. An email will be sent to you roughly 7 days prior to your arrival.
