Fully furnished Non-Smoking two-bedroom Patio Home, has everything needed to make it a home away from home.

**TURN KEY READY

In this quiet, lush, resort like atmosphere for active adult living minimum age of 40 in Westbrook Village. Exit 15 off of the 101 Loop. Rates quote are based on two tenants in the home, more is extra.

This Patio Home has Quality Furnishings, Full Kitchens Electric Burner stove w/ Full-Oven, Microwave,Dishwasher,Garbage Disposal, 32 TV,
Laundry Facilities on site.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. TV
Closet has organizer inserts,Ceiling Fan, Master bathroom has a walk in shower,sink with sit down area.

The second bedroom has a double size bed.
The guest bath room is located across the hall with a tub/shower combo.

Off the living room the patio is located with a weber kettle grill and seating for four at the Patio Table.

There is a smaller pool just steps away from this unit.

This home can be rented on a long term lease agreement.
Rental agreement can be sent Electronically. Rates are Seasonal may or may not include other fees. Please see rate chart.

We left cold Minnesota to spend a month in Edgewater Park, Peoria AZ. The accommodations were great, enjoyed our patio with grilling, something we don't do in Minnesota in the winter. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub every day. The people at Edgewater Park were all so friendly. We felt like we had found a home away from home.
