Westbrook Village is an active adult community in a gorgeoius setting of greenbelts and tree lined streets built around TWO 18-hole golf courses. You will also find swimming pools, spas, restaurants and all the amenitities you could imagine.

For the sports enthusiast you are close to the Peoria Sports complex - Spring Training site fo rthe San Diego Padres and Seattle mariners. Minutes from Glendale Arena (home to the Phoenix Coyotes) and the brand new Arizona Cardinals football stadium - Home to the 2008 Superbowl.

Great shopping and a variety of restaurants at Arrowhead Mall is less than 5 minutes away. Property is less than 1/2 mile to the new 101 Freeway and minutes away from shopping at the Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale.
