Our 3 bedroom home has easy access to the 101 or a quick an easy way to the superbowl. Three bedrooms, with queen in master, double is spare and a kids room that has bunk bed with double bed on bottom and single on top. Each room has a tv. Kitchen is at your disposal with all utensils, pots and pans and dishes as needed. Washer dryer provided. Great room has 52 inch high def cable tv. Stereo is plays inside/outside. Ample parking. Back yard has play pool
(not heated - burr!) And a bar-b-que. Backyard has fenced in area for dog. Fresh citrus provide from backyard trees daily. (Yum! Orange juice, grapefruit and lemons)
We will accept pets, with additional pet deposit. Smoking is prohibited in the home. Shopping and dining located less than a mile from home. Super Wal-Mart near by for your last minute items. This home is yours at a great price.

Peoria neighborhood near Glendale which is home for the Super Bowl. Located less than 4 miles away from the University of Phoenix Stadium. With 2 major malls, 2 New Performing Arts Theaters, Movies and Restaurants all around us. We are located about a mile from the 101 and are near the 60. This is a quiet residential area.

Near Phx. Zoo, 3 major malls nearby. Castle and Coasters for the whole family or Mall shopping while kids play. Moview theaters and Performing art theaters near by.
