Description of the Peoria vacation home rental
3 Bedrooms and office. Sleeps six in br's, eight with fold-out couch bed. Wireless internet free. close to restaurants, shopping, and easy access to event area. Will consider rental of mini-van for your stay. Possible airport pickup & drop-off.
Dates Available: January 28 thru February 4th
(there is some flexibility in those dates, please inquire if you have a question)
Week Rate: $9,750 p/week.
Weekend Rate: $5,500 for three day weekend.
Reservation Deposit: $2000 (Non Refundable, but will be credited toward the total cost of the rental. No refund if Reservation is canceled)
Security Deposit: $2000 (Refundable. This will be refunded 3 days after your visit end and the property is inspected and free of any damage)
Cleaning Deposit: $200 (Non Refundable) *** NO PETS, NO SMOKING INDOORS ***
-Reservation Deposit is due at time of Reservation Acceptance.
-Security Deposit is due at time of Signing of Rental Agreement.
-Total Rental Cost (minus the Reservation Deposit) is due at signing of Rental Agreement.
Area Description
Superwalmart is nearby for shopping. Lots of restaurants and shopping, including Arrowhead Mall only minutes from stadium. Close access to freeway.
