Fully furnished home ON THE LAKE in exclusive Desert Harbor, a lake community in Peoria, AZ. Comfortably sleeps 6-8, 4 bd/2.5 baths, approx 2,900 sq. ft., 2-story, 3-car garage, deluxe kitchen w/upgraded appliances (2 ovens) & kitchen bar, family room/wet bar, formal dinning, front room, laundry room, linen closet, lg. master suite and bedrooms, and more.

Fully equipped with 1 king bed, 1 queen & 2 full beds, linen, kitchenware, bedding, Internet/WiFi, cable, 3 TV’s -(1) new 42" LCD, radio, outside furniture, BBQ grill, vacuum, hair dryer/flat iron, , iron/board, washer & dryer, workout equipment, and canoe w/motor to stroll the lake. Note: Everyone LOVES the little red canoe!!

We "personalize" your stay. Kitchen is supplied with seasoning to cook with - olive oil, salad dressing, coffee, bottled water, tea, cocoa, popcorn, fresh limes/lemons (in season) and a nice bottle of wine or 6-pk cold beer!

Our home is extra clean & very relaxing! Extremely quiet & safe neighborhood. Great walking/biking trails nearby. Peoria Recreation Center is in walking distance; indoor exercise facility and outdoor picnic and playground area for children. We have two mountain bikes for your enjoyment.

Located on quiet cul-de-sac. Quiet and friendly neighbors.

Prices starting at: $1,800 - $2,200 per week, $3,500 - $8,000.00 per month (depending on time of year & notice.)

Non-smoking home. Sm. dogs negotiable. No loud parties please - very exclusive area.

Located in the beautiful community of Desert Harbor, surrounded by other executive homes, on a private lake. Fishing allowed (catch & release). Relax while you cruise the lake in our little red canoe (electic-powered). Good for the "heart and soul"!
