Welcome to your oasis in the desert! Located in an upscale North Phoenix location, this resort style community for people over 55 with an active lifestyle. Set ina lush desert oasis not far from the Augua Fria foothills, this is truly a luxury lifestyle.
The 40,000 square foot Clubhouse offers state of the Art fitness center, olympic indoor pool, outdoor pool, full hotel quality spa, classes, cafe, 18 hole golf course, tennis, bike trails, social events and everything to enjoy and meet people.
The house is fully furnished down to glassware and dishes.
It is a designer style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large tile floors, island kitchen. Full master bath has large walk in shower and dual vanities.
Large covered porch at rear of house to enjoy Arizona nights.
All linens are included. No pets or smoking is allowed.
November and December is full. April 1st available for $1600/month plus utilities with one month security deposit refundable less $150.00 cleaning fee. We are full Jan, Feb and March 2009. Yearly rental available upon request.

Located in the mountain area called Agua Fria Natural Desert Area with lovely mountain views and bike trails. It is conveneiently located 7 miles from 99th Avenue and Happy Valley Roads where there is a city center of every convenience that you could need.
