This large comfortable home is fully equipped and offers a large private covered patio with built-in gas barbeque, wireless internet access, a personal office with two built in desks and great room with large HDTV. The two bedrooms each have private baths and feature king sized beds. An additional TV is located in second bedroom and a third 1/2 bath is off the great room. This 2300 sq ft home features a gas fireplace, formal dining room area and huge windows with golf course views. The large kitchen has a large center island and breakfast nook and also overlooks the pool and golf course. Home available for June - November at $1600 per month without utilities and January 2010 for $3000/mo including utilities. Westbrook is an adult community. A well behaved dog will be considered with fee.

Area Description

Westbrook Village is an 50+ community and offers two golf courses, tennis, a workout facility and numerous other activities. Located just 5 minutes from Loop 101, the home offers easy accessibility to all that Phoenix and the West Valley has to offer. It's a short 12 miles to the University of Phoenix stadium, host to Bowl games and the NFR, and 10 minutes to spring training homes of the Padres, Mariners and Cactus League.
