This two bedroom, two bath home is located at the back of Trilogy at Vistancia and has unobstructed mountain views as well as spectacular sunsets. The 2200 sq. ft. home is comfortably furnished, and has a queen size bed in each bedroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the greatroom. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom as well. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, and looks out into the greatroom which has a separate dining area. A den/office also has an oversized chair which can become a twin bed. The home wraps around an interior courtyard which has a small table and chairs to enjoy the great Arizona weather. The back patio has comfortable chairs and a gas grill also.

Trilogy at Vistancia is a gated community which includes a 35000 sq. ft clubhouse with a fitness center, outdoor as well as indoor pools, tennis courts, walking trails and a golf course. Shopping, restaurants,and golf courses are also located close by as well as Lake Pleasant for boating. There is a ONE MONTH minimum rental. Trilogy is an age restricted community, and at least one renter must be 55 yrs. old
