Conveniently located off 91st Ave between Lake Pleasant and Beardsley, near loop 101 and the Arrowhead Towne Center. Just a short drive from the Sky Harbor Airport. Good proximity to Sun City and Cave Creek. Restaurants and shopping in Scottsdale only 20 minutes away. Flagstaff and Sedona is 2 hours north.

Longer leases given priority with repeat customers receiving 10% discount on future stay. Requires lease agreement, security deposit $400 + 50% of total rents collected to reserve, with remaining 50% due 10 days prior to move-in. $75 of deposit is non-refundable cleaning fee; the remainder is refundable after inspection. Guaranteed funds (cashier's check/money order) only. Cancellations prior to 60 days of arrival receive full refund.

Tenants needing stay of less than one month, please inquire - these may be accommodated as availability permits. All rents and deposits due at time of reservation.

Absolutely no smoking permitted inside the house. Any evidence of odor or damage forfeits your deposit in order to clean carpets, replace all bedding and linens. Generally no pets; exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances for a dog, with additional $200 pet deposit and refundable after inspection.

Perfect for individual, couple or small family - sleeps 6 and at least one more person on the couch in a bind! Includes local phone and utilities, regular landscaping and pool maintenance and monthly house cleaning. All electric kitchen, microwave, satellite TV, DVD player, high speed Internet access, air conditioning, washer/dryer. Back yard includes gas BBQ grill, bistro set and patio set.
