Description of the Peoria vacation home rental

Beautiful 2200 sq feet stucco home with designer decorating and manicured desert landscaping featuring palm trees and putting green. Located on a quiet street in the St. Andrews subdivision. Huge East-facing covered patio with built-in BBQ and new putting green. Inside you'll enjoy a modern open floor plan with many architectural features and high ceilings. Extra large master bedroom and bathroom with patio access. Kitchen has breakfast nook in addition to dining room. Living room and kitchen also have patio access. Flat screen TV in living room and bedroom.

Work on your golf game at one of two Exclusive Westbrook Village 18 hole golf courses with driving ranges. You also have access to two inviting pools and recreation centers complete with outdoor tennis courts, hot tubs and workout facilities.

Westbrook has its own sheriff's office and library.

Area Information

Home is located off Union Hills and Hwy 101 with easy access to the entire valley. Every restaurant imaginable, fantastic shopping, movie theaters and performing arts all within two miles. The Peoria Sports Complex, where the Mariners and Padres hold their Spring training and the University of Phoenix Stadium, home of the Cardinals football team, are located within a short distance.

It's Perfect!

This house is very tastefully decorated throughout. The linens and kitchen supplies were all high quality. We loved the comfortable patio furniture. You won't feel like you are in a rental in this house! We also appreciated the location of the house being so close to 101 for our day trips to national parks and monuments. It is also close to major league baseball spring training. We hope to be back next year!
