We now have included a bumper pool table for your enjoyment. Very comfortable leather couch, leather reclining love seat, and leather recliner rocker. Your honme away from home for your vacation. Kitchen includes all needed small and large appliances. Reverse osmosis drinking water system. Huge private fenced yard and fenced pool right out the patio door. Quiet neiborhood, close to all shopping, & Peoria sports complex, Sky Harbor airport & Lake Pleasant a short drive. Cardinal stadium 20 minutes. Tennis court 3/4 block away. Golf course close by.

We really enjoyed this property.

The house has plenty room with the four bedrooms. It is real close to a great bike trail. It is close to Thunderbird hiking trails. It is close to shopping and Spring training games. It is just nice to sit in the huge back yard by the pool and watch the cactus bloom.

It was very hot in Arizona when we came. The temperature is in the triple digits. It was so good to arrive in this house with the air conditioning already on and the place is neat and clean. We only stayed there for 4 days but we enjoyed the comfort of being in a home with full amenities.

The home was exceptionally well kept and close to the baseball fields plus all the activities to keep teenage boys busy. It would be helpful to have the owner accept credit cards as sending checks in full in this day of scams is a little nerve racking. We would stay again!!
