Newly decorated (April 2009) completely furnished 1800 sq ft. 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome; All you need to move in is your clothes. This townhouse has two master bedrooms upstairs with a guest room. This unit is ideal for 2 couples; each would have their own master bedroom and bath.
Down stairs has 1/2 bath large living area (27 inch TV & stereo, CD player VHS and DVD player). Dining room table will seat 6. Kitchen is complete with pots and pans, cookie sheets etc. The unit has a two car garage (washer & dryer) and an enclosed patio. The complex has a swimming pool and spa less than 50 yards from the front door,
We want to rent this townhouse for for at least 3 months September to April . Rent is $1295.00 per month includes all utilities, Home Owners Association fee and cable TV. Required for move in are first and last month rent and a $1500 (refundable if unit is clean, no damage and all content is accounted for) security deposit. Rent for 5 plus months you will receive a 5% discount. Home Owners Association will not allow dogs larger than 25 lbs, two per townhouse.

Our unit is 9.1 miles from the Dodgers and White Sox training facility. We are 5.1 from the San Diego Padres and the Seattle Mariners Training facility. The Los Angeles Angles training facility is only 20.1 miles. Plenty to keep you busy during the Spring training season.
