Welcome to sunny, casual, relaxing, beautiful Arizona! Make yourself comfortable in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, spacious patio home/villa. It's a single level, ground floor. It is located in Westbrook Village (55-plus community). One person 55 or older must sign the lease and occupy.

Westbrook Village is an active adult community in a gorgeous setting of greenbelts and tree lined streets built around TWO 18-hole golf courses. You will also find swimming pools, spas, restaurants and all the amenities you could imagine.

For the sports enthusiast you are close to the Peoria Sports Complex - Spring Training site for the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners. Minutes from Glendale Arena (home to the Phoenix Coyotes) and the brand new Arizona Cardinals football stadium called University of Phoenix Stadium! Great shopping and a variety of restaurants at Arrowhead Mall less than 5 minutes away!

Just a few of the classes/workshops available are: Ceramics, pottery, painting, lapidary, silversmith, needle art, photography, stained glass, classes on card and table games and woodworking! C'mon what are you waiting for' You were always going to take up something when you retired. Here's your chance. You'll find everything you need to make your stay comfortable. King bed, queen bed, fully furnished with 2 sofas, 2 televisions, fridge w/ ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, 2 recliners for a nice reading area, fully stocked kitchen (no food) washer and dryer, plenty of fluffy white towels, wonderful linens, very clean and well stocked with paper goods, etc. (Replacement appreciated) Maps, menus, and interesting places to see in our information book.
