Description of the Perdido Key vacation condo rental

Located in Perdido Key, Main Panhandle, Florida, one bedroom, 1 1/2
bath, sleeps up to 4, king size bed and queen sleeper sofa.
Located directly on 300 feet of sugar- white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.
This 820 sq ft, 8th floor unit has outstanding views from the gulf
front doors and the gulf-side windows.
Enjoy watching the dolphins swim and the breathtaking sun sets from the private balcony.
Walking distance to the state park.
Bedroom has king size bed and full bath .
Half bath in hallway.
Living room is very roomy with queen size sleeper sofa and a love seat. Kitchen and dinning area.
The facility has been completely remodeled. 24 hour security, three elevators , large lobby and conference room with kitchen.
New fitness center with showers.
Large outdoor pool. Indoor pool and
hottub. Observation deck.
Check in 3:00pm Checkout 10am
Must be 25 years of age or older

what a great trip. september is a great time to vacation at the beach. what a great place to stay. location is great, not crowded, extremely clean and nice place to stay. the daytime staff is helpful and courteous. the pools are very well kept, and the beachis great. beautiful views from condo. great places to eat nearby. great beach. can't wait to return

This place is great! Beautiful, calm, all we need for a family vacation. The send is so white and the ocean so clear. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins from the balcony and also from the ocean. They can get so close to us. Just amazing. The pools are really nice. The inside pool is a A+, is always good to have it whenever is raining or too hot. I highly recomend this place. This was our first time, but wont be the last. We just got back and already are planning to go back. We just can't get enough!

We are from Texas and visit the Texas Gulf in the past. Only a few times because I just didn't like the beaches. A friend told us about Perdido Key. This is NOT the Gulf. The beaches are white sugar, the water blue and the dolphins! It is peaceful and not rowdy and over crowded. We loved every minute of it. The condo was well kept and beautiful as well as the views. We loved the property. We will NEVER again visit the Texas Gulf. Already planning on next year's trip.

 

 Great Vacation, April 24, 2008

Perdido Sun was a GREAT place to stay. It was nice and quiet, the heated pool was a plus since it was cool when we arrived and being able to walk right out onto the beach was a great benefit. The view from the balcony was spectacular, if fact the very last morning we watched the dolphins feeding. It was a great vacation and staying at the Perdido Sun we were close to everything. We would like to move to the area, but until then if we get to go on vacation again, we would definately stay at the Perdido Sun again.
