Description of the Perdido Key vacation condo rental
The unit is fully furnished with linens for bath, bedrooms, and kitchen. The kitchen has just been refurbished with new appliances, granite countertops, and cabinets. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Our unit sleeps eight including a Kingsize in the master, Queensize in the guest bedroom, two captain bunks in the hallway and a queensize seep sofa in the living area. You are also provided with beach towels and beach chairs during your stay.
Area Information
If you like to fish or boat, you have either the gulf side or the bayside of Perdido Key to choose from. The island is accessed by two bridges. The west end bridge comes from Orange Beach/Gulf Shores, Alabama and crosses Perdido Bay while the east bridge comes from Pensacola, Florida. Pensacola is easily accessed and is about 10-15 miles. The Naval Air Station is just 15 minutes from us and is the home of the Flying Blue Angels. The Blue Angel air shows and the Naval Museum are free to the public and quite spectacular. Many restaurants, shopping, dining, golf, and recreational water sports are available either on the island or within 10 miles either east or west over the bridges.

It was just what we needed!

My family really needed time to just chill and rest. We got just what we needed. The condo was nice, quite and the beach and pool were great. We saw dolphins, rays, and herons! Great time was had by all!

Great Ppace to wind down

We had a fabulous time. Everything we needed was in the condo ready to go. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with coffee and something to accompany. The Publix grocery store was within 2 miles and we were able to pick up things we needed to relax the mornings away. Lots of great places to eat nearby. We walked the white sand beaches and marveled at God's perfect creations. The Navy air Museum was a great place to visit. All in all we had a great week. K Miller

The condo was perfect! Clean, quiet, convenient and comfortable! We loved the location, the pool, the kitchen and balcony--it was all great! My husband is a chef, so we abused Joe Petti's fresh seafood and ate fantastic food in the comforts of our own condo! The kitchen was well equipped to do so. Bedrooms and baths were comfortable and the bunks were great for our twins. Walk to beach is minimal and pool was perfect for late afternoon soaks. Don't hesitate a minute to book this place--you won't regret it!

My daughter and I stayed here while in the area for college visits. The owner is wonderful to work with, the condo was perfect and the beach was spectacular. My family normally vacations in Destin every year, but I have found my new favorite place, can't wait to bring the whole family back. The condo is very nice, spacious, perfectly located and is in a quiet area with everything you need for a great family vacation. In the fall the beach is desserted and you can watch the stingrays swim up close to the shore in the evenings, lots of shells to collect...just heavenly

My husband and I spent 4 nights at this location and it was great! Very clean, easy access to the beach via the board walk and was a great time of the year as there were not many people on the beach!! Karen was a joy to work with and stopped by, as she happened to be in town, to meet us and answer any questions that we had! The beach chairs, towels and umbrella being right there was a huge plus!! The "Fisherman's Corner" is a yummy place to eat, not with a view but well worth it!! We spotted sting ray and the shelling was good!! I would return here and will surely suggest it to my friends and family!!

The condo was very spacious and well kept. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was updated and well stocked, and there were plenty of towels and bedding to use. It was just a few steps to the beach, and the pool and hot tub on the premises were great also. we will certainly rent there again.

I would recommend this condo and area to any one in family or friends. The condo is well keep and maintained, in a nice area. Our stay was very fun with everything we needed close by. I will be visiting the condo and area again when we go back to Florida for our ocean visit.

After vacationing in Destin many times we are glad we made the switch to Perdido Key. The condo was everything that was advertised and then some. The kitchen has everything you need in it, just bring your food. The beds are nice and comfortable. The owner was very easy to deal with and goes out of the way to make sure that you have a great time. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We were very pleased with our condo. It was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. The owner was friendly and extremely easy to work with. I was concerned that the walk to the beach would be too far, but it wasn’t bad at all. We would love to come back and will be telling our friends and family about A Little Bit of Heaven!

The Perfect Get-away !!

Afew months ago our married daughter and husband, our son and his fiance, and their mother and I enjoyed our first family beach get-a-way. We wanted to go to Pensacola Fl, because we had not seen my wife's senior parents who live there in over a year. With so many places to choose and a modest budget to pull from we looked high and low . After alot of searching we chose " Litle Bit of Heaven " Condo. It's everything that the advertizement said and more. The condo was very clean, with cool to walk on tile floors after a hot day on warm to hot sand. Comfy inside and outdoor seating on the large balcony. The beds in the bedrroms where very comfy. The kitchen was our meeting place the large counters were great. The appliances looked and worked like new. From the "provided" beach towels stored inside to the beach cart outisde in the closet next to the front door. Karen has thought of everything you would need. No need to buy charcol and lighter fluid for the down stairs grills, or beach toys for the kids, it's all there in the closet. Truly all you need is some food, drinks, sunblock, surf fishing gear if you fish ( we caugth whitting right infront of the condos) about 10 feet into the water with fresh frozen shell on eating shrimp bougth at Walmart). The walk to the beach was short and not very hard. The Pool was an oasis to get too. The fresh outdoor shower head and hose gave us a quick transition from salt water to pool in seconds. (Soooo good). Publix and some restaurants were in walking distance. The gas this week near the condo was as low as 3.21 a gal., A Walmart is just a few miles away. When first planning with two other couples we had some last minute changes and Karen was very felxible. Even though we never saw Karen or her on site manager, we knew by dealing with her on the phone or email, that we were not left alone, We knew their professional, quick assistance and warm freindly service could be counted on, and that meant alot. We all agreed we would come back annually to this condo unit and some said they would come more frequent to be alone or with others, and this time stay longer. Thank you Karen for wonderful memories and a place we can call "Our Beach Condo". If you want a place to relax, with no crowds, this place in May is great. We were here the 25th thru the 28th. The average temp. was in the low 90s with comfy nights, gental breezes blew all the time. Again Karen thanks for the memories and sharing your Condo. Joe & Becky Savannah

We recently spent time at this condo. Having the pool right outside the patio was awesome. It was an incredibly short walk to the beach and well worth the cost savings. The inside was well equipped and more than enough for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Thanks so much.
