gas appliances and lights including outdoor grill. fire circle and picnic tables. running hot and cold water. 10' x10' screened shower tent. tidy two-hole outhouse toilet. linens and fully equipped kitchen. 1500' shore front with three beaches at low tide. hand carry boat launch.
This cabin is in Perry, Maine- 10 miles from Eastport, the eastern most city in the United States and 16 miles from Calais, border town with St. Stephen New Brunswick.
can't see another structure in the US from the only rental on the property.
$650 a week from Saturday 2:00 p.m. to Saturday 10:00 a.m.
$100 a day, if available

Area Information

Perry is a small town (population 850) on the Passamaquoddy and Cobscook Bays. It is near Eastport, Me, the eastern most city in the United States, and Calais, Me, border town with St. Stephen, NB.
Many of our guests spend their entire day on the point- beach walking, bird watching, reading and relaxing.
Nearby one can choose from several various hikes, from easy to challenging, salt water or fresh water paddling venues, and, in season, there are also some interesting, local and good restaurants to try.
Amenities in Perry, or right next door, include a small grocery with meat counter, ice cream stand (seasonal), gas station and convenience store, wine and cheese shop, cooking school, post office, local arts and produce shop (seasonal),gift shop, smoked salmon shop and made-on-location chocolate shop.

Quiet little hideaway

Out of the way and right on the ocean, private beach and lots of lawn. Everything you need for a tranquil weekend. Spent the day in Eastport, nice fishing village. Enjoyable couple of days downeast!

Awesome place. Clean. Everything you need right down to fire wood. Beautiful view with fields for the dog to play. Very quite and private. Gas grill. Fire pit. Fridge, gas stove, lots of every kind of dishes. Flashlights. Games, puzzles, reading material including things to do in the area. Cabin warm with 2 kinds of heat sources. Outdoor shower adequate. 2 hole clean. We had a blast. It was heaven. I would recommend and did take a flyer to post at my work. Well worth the money. Will see if available my next trip up to that area.

Breathtaking views and clean cottage

We stayed for a week in July and we fell totally in love with this beautiful place! The cottage is immaculate and has everything you need. Host and hostess are lovely and kind. We could not have asked for anything more. We certainly plan to come back.

Great little spot!

We enjoyed our one night stay very much. This very clean, nice, and quiet cabin had everything we needed. Enjoyed the wildlife watching (bald eagles, loons, seals, herons, sea ducks, songbirds...), Adirondack chairs for enjoying the amazing water views, and plenty of beach front for walking and exploring. Very easy e-mail transactions with our hostess.
