Description of the Perrys Cove vacation cottage rental

Perry's Cove Cottage is situated on Conception Bay with a stunning view usually reserved for tourist brochures.

It has been newly renovated including a new kitchen, bath, living area and deck.

Fully equipped and furnished.

Perry 's Cove is a small village about a 90 minute drive from the capital city of St. John 's. It is currently home to about 200 people and maintains the charm and pace rarely found in today 's world.

Walking trails, swimming, sandy beaches and flora and fauna at your doorstep. For the sea kayaker, a good beach to launch from is a short walk from the cottage. Wild berries are in abundance in season and whales dance at the rear garden.

Perry 's Cove is conveniently located a mere 10 minute drive from the hub of Conception Bay North. The town of Carbonear has a wide variety of shopping and banking services, a cinema, hospital and restaurants.

Summers in Perry 's Cove will take your breath away. Humpback whales are such regular visitors that the locals don 't really notice them. I was talking to a neighbor recently and mentioned that the whales were in and she said, 'Oh, are they' and continued on about the weather. Seabirds are also in abundance, with the world famous Baccalieu Island Bird Sanctuary at the tip of the peninsula, home to North America 's largest colony of Leach 's Storm Petrels. Northern Gannets, Black Guillemots, Puffins and many more also make Conception Bay North home during the summer.
