Patio chairs, barbecue grill, outdoor fire place, picnic table in front yard which leads onto the beach with a gradually sloped, sandy bottomed swimming area. Ideal for fishing(bass, pickerel, trout, boating, skiing, swimming. Located on a private dirt road which offers excellent biking/walking conditions.

Area Description

An hour and a half drive for the coast of Maine which could include shopping at L.L.Bean, the Portland malls, a carnival atmosphere at Old Orchard Beach, or a broadway performance at the Brunswich theater. An hour's ride west takes you to the White Mountains of New Hampshire. In the immediate area are Oakdale Country club for the golfers, diving off the Coo's Canyon cliffs for the adventurer, walks along the Appalachian Trail, the Great Adventure center, a 40 minute ride to the nearest city(Lewiston), and a 15 minute ride to the nearest town(Mexico/Rumford).
