Description of the Petach Tikva vacation apartment rental

Beautiful clean renovated 2 bedrooms, with a big living room.
Located in central Petach Tikva, next to the City Hall, down town.
Second floor, NO elevator. And up to 2 car parking spaces on the building parking lot.

Roomy, clean and well equipped to invite for dinner, even as much as up to 15 guests, with a new kosher kitchen. Fully equipped but only for traditional kosher observers. All linens washer/dryer, basic TV channels including CNN and more. Also have a baby crib and baby chair.

Area Description

Central Petach Tikva, next to City Hall, post office, banks, malls and independent shops. quiet area, 20 minutes away driving from/to Tel-Aviv, Israel.

This is a nice apartment in central Petach Tikva fully equipped to serve a family of 5 adults and a baby. It has the capacity to host up to 15 people for dinner, and great for people that need a nice comfortable unit to spend a vacation in central Israel.

Vacation Rental Policies

Check In: 12 p.m.
Check Out: 12 p.m.
Required Stay: at least one week
Lodging Tax: tax included
Deposits: BOOKING POLICY: 1/3 of rental fees + $100 cleaning fees + $500 security deposit. $100 weekly charged for fifth guest. $500 security deposit, refundable one week after check out, (after maintenance report). Final balance, at the owner’s hands, one week before checking in. Cancellation policy: full refund 2 weeks prior to checking in, after that 2 nights rental fee's non-refundable.
Other Fees: $ 500.00 for security, to cover any possible damage. It will be refundable a week after checking-out, based on maintenance report.
